1. Handling Time and Order Cut-off Time

Handling time within 3–5 business days.

Order cut-off time will be 11:00 PM (GMT-05:00) Eastern Standard Time (New York).

2. Carriers

We partner with FedEx, DHL, and UPS to ensure safe and timely delivery. All rugs are fully insured during transit.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

USA: 5–10 business days

Delays caused by customs clearance or weather conditions are beyond our control, but we’ll assist in every way possible.

4. Customs, Duties & Taxes

Import duties, VAT, or taxes will be handled by us.

6. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your rug arrives damaged or gets lost in transit, contact us immediately at support@craftsmanrugs.com within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund.

7. Returns Due to Delivery Failure

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or non-receipt, reshipping charges will apply. Refunds for undelivered items (excluding custom orders) will be processed after the rug is safely returned to us.
